The goal of our Learning and development program is to apply the knowledge derived from research to the advancement and development of management, particularly human-resource management, in Israel and neighboring countries.

Activities:

• Providing tailor-made training and guidance courses and seminars to international audiences.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with Israeli industry as well as with professional and public managerial bodies for the purpose of cooperative learning.
• Development and use of new tools and methods for improved teaching and knowledge dissemination.
