Prof. Zehava Rosenblatt (Amerita)

Prof. Rosenblatt (Amerita) retired in 2018 from the University of Haifa, Department of Leadership and Educational Policy, where she served since 1991. Her PhD degree is from the Technion, Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management. Her specialty is organizational behavior and human resource management in schools. She had studied topics such as job insecurity and work absenteeism. In the past few years she is involved with an international study on teachers’ and principals’ accountability.

Prof. Yehuda Baruch

Prof. Baruch (DSc Technion, Israel, PostDoc at City University and London Business School) is a Professor of Management at Southampton Business School, the University of Southampton, UK, and Affiliated Professor, Audencia, Nantes France. His research covers a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on careers and global HRM. He has some 150 refereed papers, published in Journal of Management, Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource ManagementOrganizational DynamicsJournal of Vocational BehaviorHuman Relations, and Organization Studies among other journals, and over 50 books and book chapters. His work is widely cited (over 20,000 Google Scholar citations, H-index of 67). Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and BAM. Formerly: Vice-president Research of EURAM, Associate Editor of Human Resource Management (US), Editor of Group & Organization Management and Career Development International; Chair, Careers Division, Academy of Management.

Prof. Simon L. Dolan

Prof. Dolan is a prolific author with over 75 books published in various languages on themes connected with values, people management, coaching, leadership, consulting, and the future of work. He has more than 40 years of research track teaching at the world’s leading business schools in the United States (Boston and Colorado), Canada (McGill and the University of Montreal) , and recently Spain (ESADE  Business School). He has been educated in Israel (Tel Aviv University), and Minnesota (PhD at the University of Minnesota). Has published over 150 papers in referee journals, conference proceedings and book chapters, Prof. Dolan held the ESADE Future of Work Chair for  many years and currently is Professor Emeritus  and co-founder of  e-Merit Academy (https://www.emeritacademy.com/).  He is also the chairman of the board of ZINQUO, a consulting firm dedicated to train coaches and leaders in value-based philosophies rooted in the Spanish speaking countries (www.zinquo.com). In Israel he is the academic director of the “Israeli Value Center (www.values-center.co.il). For over 35 years he acts as the president of Gestion MDS Inc, a Montreal-based global consulting firm  dedicated to train Executives in West Africa (www.groupemds.com) .  Recently he created a think tank “The Global Future of Work Foundation” which he presides (www.globalfutureofwork.com). Dr. Ruth Berkowitz

Dr. Berkowitz (PhD) is an assistant professor at the School of Social Work, University of Haifa, Israel. Her research focuses on school climate, bullying and violence, parental school involvement, and associated prosperity and well-being among students, educators, and families. She has published numerous articles in leading peer-reviewed journals (including Review of Educational Research and Teachers College Record) and encyclopedia entries on school climate and school violence. She is devoted to developing scientific knowledge on means to improve social, emotional, and ethical abilities of schools to better support youths’ socioemotional life, especially those living in contexts of injustice, experiencing increased deprivation, and attending schools where odds are stacked against them.

Prof. Aaron Cohen (Emeritus)

Prof. Cohen is a Professor (Emeritus) of Management in the School of Political Science, University of Haifa, Israel. His current research interests include commitment in the workplace, organizational fairness and misbehavior in organizations and dark personalities in the workplace. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management Review. He authored three books:  Multiple commitments in the workplace: an integrative approach (Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, 2003), Fairness in the workplace: A global perspective, (Palgrave McMillan, 2015), and Counterproductive Work Behaviors: Understanding the Dark Side of Personalities in Organizational Life (Routledge, 2018).

Prof. Moshe Sharabi

Prof. Sharabi -Head, Department of MA Studies in Organizational Development and Consulting, Yezreel Valley Academic College. Prof. Sharabi current research interests include human resource management and cross-cultural comparative research on work values.

Prof. Ely Weitz

 

Prof. Weitz is the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Academic College of Israel in Ramat Gan and is a retiree of the Department of Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University. Prof. Weitz, with his colleague Prof. Yoav Vardi, is the author of the book Misbehavior in Organizations: A Dynamic Approach. Prof. Weitz has extensive experience in labor relations, human resource management, change management and organizational design and management consulting. His research interests include organizational research, management history, organizational management and development, management ethics and misbehavior in organizations. Prof. Weitz served as chairman of the Israel Association for Labor Relations Research, was the head of the Senior Academic Faculty Organization of Tel Aviv University and chair of the Coordinating Council of Senior Academic Staff of Israeli Universities.

Dr. Yair Maayan

Dr. Maayan (PhD) have been working as an organizational consultant for the past 30 years. Dr. Maayan current fields of interest include various organizational factors such as, organizational and personal performance, service quality, organizational design, training, problem solving and organizational change.

Prof. Raphael Snir

Prof. Snir (Ph.D., Behavioral and Management Sciences, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology) serves as an associate professor at the School of Management and Economics and at the School of Behavioral Sciences at Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College, Israel. He is the director of the M.A. program in organizational consulting and development. He is also a research fellow in the Center for the Study of Organizations and Human Resource Management at Haifa University, Israel. His main area of expertise is organizational psychology. His current research interests include heavy work investment, work/non-work relations, and work meaning and attitudes.

Prof. Aviv Shoham 

Prof. Shoham (PhD, 1993, University of Oregon) is an associate professor of marketing at University of Haifa, Israel. He serves as a visiting professor at the Ljubljana University, Slovenia. His research focuses on international marketing management/strategy and international consumer behavior. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Management International Review, the Journal of International Marketing, International Marketing Review, the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Advertising Research, International Business Review, the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, the European Journal of Marketing, European Journal of Management, and the Journal of Global Marketing.

Dr. Abraham Moskovicz 

Dr. Abraham Moskovicz was CEO and Board Member at several firms, such as the giant Bidvest/Bidcorp Multinational Group, managing processes in the five continents. Is the founder of Deli Meals Inc.  and The Press & Fairs Network, among others. BA in Social Sciences by Tel Aviv University, MBA (honours) from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and PhD in Business by The UK´s University of Bolton. Currently teaches at The University of Haifa’s SBA Master Programs, whilst preparing papers related to Startups. ResearchGate’s top readed author is Member of the Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives, AACB, Business Education Alliance, International Alliance of M&A Advisors and Board of the Journal of Economics and Management Sciences (US).

Dr. Tali Applboim-Hazan

Dr. Applboim-Hazan is a Postdoctoral fellow in the School of Business Administration, Faculty of Management, in Haifa University, Israel. Her PhD focused on the “Journey to Poland” as a tool for managing human resources in business and public organizations in view of the Managerial-Functionalistic and Neo-institutional theories. Tali currently lectures at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Sapir College and the Ono Academic College. Among the courses that Tali teaches: human resource management, organizational behavior, career management in organizations, motivation at work, work team management and heritage tourism management.
