Dr. Aviv Kidron

Dr. Kidron is a senior lecturer in the Department of Human Services and Department of M.A. in Organizational Consulting in the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Management in University of Haifa. She also earned a B.A in political science and sociology and anthropology, and M.A in organizational sociology from Bar-Ilan University. Her research interests and teaching experience are within the fields of organizational behavior, HRM and manager-employee relationship. Her researches are based on both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has received a number of grants and awards for her research. She presents her researches in leading international conferences, such as, EAWOP, EURAM and EGOS. Her articles have been published in journals, such as, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, European Management Journal, Journal of Managerial Psychology, etc.

Dr. Yael Livneh

Dr. Livneh interlaces Academic lecturing and research activities as well as organizational consulting in variety of organizations. Dr. Livneh holds a PhD degree from the School of management, University of Haifa, MSc. In Industrial psychology from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and B.A. in Psychology from University of Haifa. Dr. Livneh is a Faculty member of Human Resource Management department in Kinneret College and an external lecturer of the M.A. program in University of Haifa and the Emek-Izrael College. She is also leading a vast variety of nonacademic programs for HRM including SHRM certification. Alongside her academic activities Dr. Livneh serves as an Organizational consultant, focusing on designing and implementing HRM systems and practices, management development programs and personal mentoring for senior managers. Research areas: HRM in startup companies, HR professionalism, HR Functional Elaboration, trust in HRM, Career self-efficiency.

Dr. Amit Gur

Dr. Gur (PhD) is a lecturer at the department of Health Systems Management of the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College (Israel). Her research integrates topics from human resource management and organizational behavior. Among her research interests are social environment at work, trust, service quality, and patients’ aggressive behavior. Her research concentrated mainly on health care organizations.

Dr. Hila Chalutz Ben-Gal

Dr. Chalutz Ben-Gal (PhD) is a senior faculty member at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Afeka Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering (Israel), and a visiting scholar (2015-17) at the School of Management, University of San Francisco (USA). Hila’s research integrates topics from human resource management, organizational behavior and analytics. Hila studies the changing nature of organizations in the digital era, with a focus on Human Resource (People) Analytics. Her work has been published in high-impact journals. Hila is a member and active reviewer for the Academy of Management, European Academy of Management and the European Group for Organizational Studies professional societies. Hila conducts field research and consulting in a variety of organizational settings.

Dr. Vered Reiter

Dr. Reiter, Director of clinical outcome quantification and evaluation research and Director of quality and risk evaluation at  the Association for Children at Risk, has worked for many years in researching and implementation of health policies in Israel. She worked in various roles in Clalit Health Services and in the past five years does work in area of research, measurement, and evaluation in the third sector. Vered received the Minister of Health award in 2018 for her paper: “the third sector and health services”. Vered received her Doctorate from the faculty of management at Haifa University. Her areas of research are related to cooperation between organizations, health policies, and implementation and theoretical work in the subject of stakeholders. Her research is based on quantitative and qualitative research methods. In addition, Vered combines in her research and in her work observation and focus in the subject of qualitative management within organizations. Vered is a partner in the The Israel Society for Quality (ISQ), and has presented her work in the annual quality conference. Her articles have been published in various international journals.

Dr. Gil Brosh

Dr. Brosh had served in a wide range of executive positions in the high-tech sector before moving to private business, alongside a position as an adjunct lecturer at several academic institutions. He graduated cum laude from the Industrial Engineering School of Tel Aviv University, has MSc in Management Studies from Boston University with honors, and a PhD degree in Business Administration from Haifa University. Gil’s primary research field is the Israeli hi-tech industry, with an emphasis on local subsidiaries of multi-national corporations. Gil’s teaching areas include business entrepreneurship, the Israeli hi-tech sector, and business strategy.

Dr. Keren Turgeman-Lupo

Dr. Turgeman-Lupo (PhD) completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management University of Haifa and Post-Doctoral studies at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Keren primary research interest is in the area of employees’ stress and well-being. Specifically, she focuses on the effects of physical and mental manifestations of stress, work-life balance, work from home outcomes and HRM organizations practices. Her work has been published in high impact academic journals and she presents her articles in leading international conferences, such as, Academy of Management (AOM), European Association for Work & Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and European Academy of Management (EURAM). In addition to her research activities, Keren is a lecturer at the Academic College in Ramat-Gan and at the Ruppin Academic Center.

Dr. Orit Shamir- Balderman 

Dr. Shamir- Balderman has a Ph.D from the Faculty of Management, Department of Business administration at Haifa University. She has an M.A. Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Haifa University specializing in organizational sociology. Her main fields of study are remote workers and the relationship between organizational management and work-related attitudinal emotions. She has worked at the Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yezreel since 2001 as a lecturer in the departments of Sociology & Anthropology, Behavioral Science, Nursing and Health System Management. During the past last year Orit has served as the head of Technology Integration in Teaching at The Center for Teaching Advancement. She has also served as a member of the steering committee and co-founder of the Action Research Center for Social Justice, as a member of the steering committee and co-chair of the Research Fair at the Max Stern College of Emek Yezreel. She has also served as a Rothschild Ambassador Foundation academic and research mentor.

Dr. Laliv Egozi

 

Dr. Laliv Egozi (PhD) is a researcher in the Israel Institute for Occupational Safety and Hygiene (IIOSH), a Lecturer on the Industrial engineering & Management school in Afeka College and on the Western Galilee college of organizational behavior, industrial psychology and, social psychology. Dr. Egozi has served in the last four years as the editing manager of the Study of Organizations and Human Resource Management Quarterly. Her research domains are organizational behavior and employees’ safety and health. Dr. Egozi started her professional career as a Food Technologist on the R&D departments of Tnuva and Materna. Later she was the CEO of the Haifa Rape Crisis Center. Dr. Egozi voluntarily analyses statistical data for the annual reports of The Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel.

Dr. Garti Anat

Dr. Garti Anat is a social psychologist, couple and family therapist, management consultant, and a coach. A researcher in the field of work and family. As part of the Ph.D., she developed a model for managing the relationship between the manager, the employee, and the employee’s spouse, named “Work Family Triangles System Synchronization (WFS)”. A lecturer at the University of Haifa, Tel Aviv and Bar Ilan. She is the chief psychologist of the Israel Values Center and a part of the clinical staff and teaching staff at Shinui Institute.

Dr. Orna Zaid – Dominik

Dr. Zaid – Dominik, organizational consultant, holds a PhD in Business Administration from the faculty of management in Haifa University. Holds M.A in ‘Labor Studies’ in Tel-Aviv University and a B.A in Sociology in Haifa University. Dr. Zaid – Dominik has 25 years of diverse and comprehensive experience in the HR field in High-Tech organization, and N.E.W.S.™ certified. During this time, she held a variety of management positions as HR manager, in charge of organizational development and currently serves as a Director of Organizational Research and Survey. The Research area of Dr. Zaid – Dominik is Knowledge Management, as part of her PhD she focused on Inter-generation Knowledge continuity and also lectures this subject at professional conferences.
