Ms. Naama Katan is Industrial and management Eng. from Ben Gurion University. MBA from Tel Aviv university. Mindfulness teacher and consultant in organizations and researcher of Mindfulness in organizations at Uni of Haifa. Thesis under the supervision of Prof. Shay Tzafrir and Prof. Guy Enosh on The effect of Mindfulness practice on self-efficacy among employees in an organization. Currently writing the PHD under the guidance of Prof. Shay Tzafrir and Prof. Guy Enosh on Living and Working Together: Team Mindfulness Practice to Foster Interpersonal Well-Being, Trust, and Compassion among Team Members. The research is in collaboration and assisted by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Mrs. Netta Granot
Mrs. Granot, B.SC graduate in Food engineering and Biotechnology (Cum Laude ) from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Netanya Academic College. Two decades of experience with leading technology teams, innovation, quality, and business excellence in the food industry. Thesis supervised by Prof. Ilan Meshoulam and Prof. Shay Tzafrir regarding Generational Diversity and Team Creativity, in which she developed the Currents model. Currently in the midst of writing the research proposal for the Doctoral Dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Shay Tzafrir and Prof. Daniel Tzabar regarding change and risk management in startups in the Foodtech ecosystem.

Mr. Adi Hod
Mr. Hod is an entrepreneur and leader with over 15 years of experience developing, strategizing, and innovating Enterprise Software Solutions. He is specialized in optimization solutions in a variety of markets such as banking, utilities, telecommunications, and healthcare. Adi transforms strategic plans into tactical realities through building enterprises across different cultures and regions, including Europe, North and South America, and APAC. He founded several startups in the field of optimization research and exited two of them. He holds a BSc and an MSc in economy and engineering from the Technion, Haifa, an EMBA from MIT, Cambridge Massachusetts and currently a PhD Candidate in Haifa university. My PhD research, collaborating with Drexel university in Philadelphia, focus on Early Venture High Tech Start-ups. Analyzing the impact of Early Venture BOD on performance and valuation, and using advanced and unique big data mining and machine learning techniques to determine early venture valuation for financial transactions purposes.

Mrs. Keren Hadar
Mrs. Hadar, B.A and M.S.W graduate in School of Social Work of the University of Haifa. Integrates the field and academy. For the past 14 years, has been working as a community social work and as a volunteer coordinator in the social services department at Hadar, Haifa. At the same time as working in the field, involved in integration in research and academia, for example, teaching a course in the School of Social Work at Bar Ilan University, on the subject of social welfare policy. These days, Phd candidate, in the advanced writing stages of the doctoral dissertation on the subject of relationships between team members under the guidance of Prof. Guy Enosh and Prof. Shay Tzafrir, from University of Haifa. The purpose of this work is to examine relationships between staff members among service providers, with the sector that have been chosen to examine in the current study is social services departments in Israel.

Mrs. Keren Youldus-Dalal
Mrs. Youldus-Dalal, BA graduate in social sciences and a master’s degree in the Department of Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University. Thesis under the supervision of Prof. Yoav Vardi and Prof. Eli Weitz on Organizational Misbehavior (OMB).HR manager in a large financial company, focusing on managing and implementing HR processes and implementing advanced technology for human resource management, with an emphasis on managing the employee experience in the organization. Currently writing the research proposal under the guidance of Prof. Shay Tzafrir and Prof. Shay Giron on employee social environment in the virtual era, focusing on trust, employee experience in the digital world and its impact on employee performance.

Ms. Idit Gaberman
Ms. Gaberman, BA graduate in Human services and multidisciplinary studies from University of Haifa, MS.c in Organizational consultancy from Tel Aviv University. Project manager and senior organizational consultant, expert in operational excellence and HR. Thesis supervised by Prof. Shay Tzafrir: The T Factor- Trust as a moderator in the relationship between e-HRM use and satisfaction with HR activities. Fields of interest: Trust, HR management, Employee experience, e-HRM and HR IT. Currently in the midst of writing the research proposal for the Doctoral Dissertation.
