Prof. Yochanan Altman

Prof. Altman is an applied social scientist with a background in social/industrial psychology and organizational anthropology. His current main interests are in management, spirituality & religion and the study of Antisemitism in the workplace. He is Editor-in-Chief of European Management Review, Founding Editor of Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion and the book series on Management, Spirituality & Religion. Past Editor of Journal of Managerial Psychology. Founder and Chair of the International Association of  Management, Spirituality & Religion and Vice President if the International Association of Cross-Cultural Competence &Management.

Dr. Ravit Alfandari

Dr. Alfandari conducted her PhD studies at the Department of Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK and holds post-doctoral position at Haifa School of Business, University of Haifa. She is also a research fellow at the Centre for Research and Study of the Family at the University of Haifa. Ravit, is a qualified social worker with solid experience in direct service delivery, programmes development and conducting research related to vulnerable children and families. Her empirical investigation focuses on decision-making, risk assessment and workplace aggression. It takes place at the triangulated relationships between the practitioner, client and organisation.  She lectured at LSE and Ulster University in Northern Ireland. Today, she lectures at Ariel University and Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem.

Dr. Yoel Asseraf

Dr. Asseraf (PhD 2014, University of Haifa) is a senior lecturer and Head of Marketing and International Business at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ruppin Academic Center, Israel. His research interests focus on the intersection of strategy and international marketing. Much of his work has been published in high impact academic journals such as: International Marketing ReviewInternational Busines ReviewJournal of Destination Marketing and Management and the European Journal of Marketing. In addition to serving as a guest reviewer for top journals such as the Journal of International Marketing he serves as a member on the editorial boards at the Journal of Global Marketing and International Journal of Emerging Markets. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Asseraf served as the CEO and VP Marketing of several business in Israel and USA.

Dr. Yael Efron

Dr. Efron is an LL.D. graduate from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. She is a Senior-Lecturer at the Law School in Zefat Academic College and serves as its Vice-Dean. Dr. Efron teaches Civil Procedure, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law. She is also in charge of the legal clinics at Zefat Academic College and directs the Legal-Aid Clinic for the Underprivileged. Dr. Efron has published widely on legal education, pedagogy and curriculum design, negotiation, dispute resolution and other subjects. Dr. Efron is the recipient of the Halbert Centre for Canadian Studies Post-Doctoral Fellowship and is currently engaged in a multi-country research project on conflict resolution .Some of Yael’s publications can be accessed through: http://ssrn.com/author=1146543.

Dr. Orit Shamai

Dr. Shamai (PhD) completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management University of Haifa. Her Teaching areas are Administration and Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Dispute Resolution and Mediation, Human Capital, organizational Consulting. Dr. Shamai is teaching at the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies at University of Haifa, and at the Department of Humanities and Arts, Technion. Her Current Research Interests are Heavy Work Investment, Workaholism, Positive Psychology, Happiness at Work, Creativity and Innovation.

Dr. Keren Turgeman-Lupo

Dr. Turgeman-Lupo (PhD) completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management University of Haifa and Post-Doctoral studies at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Keren primary research interest is in the area of employees’ stress and well-being. Specifically, she focuses on the effects of physical and mental manifestations of stress, work-life balance, work from home outcomes and HRM organizations practices. Her work has been published in high impact academic journals and she presents her articles in leading international conferences, such as, Academy of Management (AOM), European Association for Work & Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and European Academy of Management (EURAM). In addition to her research activities, Keren is a lecturer at the Academic College in Ramat-Gan and at the Ruppin Academic Center
